Set color of the tags

Introduction

There are custom tags on LINE OA that can help you tag your customers. By default when using LARIS and VIP access, Tags will appear directly in the chat box so you can see them quickly. And you can also specify the color of the tags so that it will be easier for you to manage LINE OA chats.

Choose your preferred colors

To set the color of the tags, please go to the tags menu provided by LINE OA and change the color directly in the color picker section.

After you set the color, you can immediately see how it looks in the chat menu.
