Automatic reply for administrator

Introduction

Autoresponder is already in LINE OA. However, the reply made is by the account itself, while our auto-reply feature is replied to by the administrator who is currently logged in.

This is very useful if you want to reply to a customer quickly and done by a specific administrator.

Turn on the automatic reply menu

To turn on this feature, then you have to open the main menu and then press the settings button and check the option "Enable Auto-reply for administrator". After that, you can see a new button to set automatic reply in the main menu of the application or in your LINE tab.

Set up automatic reply on LINE OA

To set up automatic message reply on LINE OA then you can open any account in browser tab and click the "AUTO-REPLY" button and then the settings form will open and you can set up the reply message and some settings.

To set up automatic message reply on OA Plus then you can open any compatible OA Plus account in browser tab and click the "AUTO-REPLY" button and then the settings form will open and you can set up the reply message and some settings.
