LARIS is provided “as is”. We don’t collect or store your Line OAM account password. We do not sell any of your information to third parties. We do not offer refunds. Don’t mix LARIS with other automation tools. We’re dedicated to improve the quality of service, no one has been banned for using LARIS, but we would not be responsible in the unlikely case of any harm caused by using the service.
INTERPRETATION
LARIS, Laris, we, our, its and us refer to LARIS, its owner and authorized officials. ‘Services’ include all the services offered by LARIS including but not limited to LARIS, LINE OA likes and such other services LARIS may introduce in future. You, client, visitor and user refer to any person visiting LARIS and using the Services.
ACCESS TO SERVICE
LARIS may change, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. LARIS may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.
You shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to, access the Service, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, software, and long distance or local telephone service. You shall be responsible for ensuring that such equipment or ancillary services are compatible with the Service.
GENERAL TERMS
LARIS does not use fake Line OAM profiles for operation. We don’t collect or store your password. We will never sell any of your information to third parties. Don’t mix LARIS with other automation tools. No one has been banned for using LARIS, but we would not be responsible in the case.
LARIS service requires client to be connected to our server only to verify the program license and mantain the limitation of free version. LARIS does not guarantee the speed of the delivery for it’s services, all the speeds mentioned are strictly an estimate that does not represent the actual speed / deadline of a PREMIUM access. We will take no liability in cases when the several messages is not delivered.
LARIS is meant to be the only software being used in a Line Official account. If you mix it with other automation software, there’s a chance your account will get banned. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame in the unlikely case of your accounts getting banned for any reason.
The expected amount of successful broadcast depends on the quality of your internet and your contacts. We can’t guarantee 100% successful broadcast from using LARIS.
We cannot guarantee continuous operation of this service, without interruption or error-free, but we always ensure that everything will be maintained and repaired.
You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute. Before you make a purchase decision you are advised to try LARIS for free.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
RESTRICTIONS
You shall not, nor permit anyone else to, directly or indirectly: (i) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of all or any part of the Service (except that this restriction shall not apply to the limited extent restrictions on reverse engineering are prohibited by applicable local law); (ii) modify or create derivatives of any part of the Service; (iii) rent, lease, or use the Service for timesharing or service bureau purposes; or (iv) remove or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service or to any LARIS server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Service, by hacking, password “mining”, or any other illegitimate means.
You shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or any network connected to the Service, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Service or any network connected to the Service.
You shall not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Service or LARIS systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Service or to LARIS.
You shall not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or any transaction being conducted on the Service, or with any other person’s use of the Service.
You shall not use the Service or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
FEES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Optional premium paid services such as PREMIUM version are available on the Website. By selecting a premium service you agree to pay LARIS a fee indicated for that service and selected duration. Payments will be charged on the day you request a premium service and will cover the use of that service for the extension of time you indicated. Premium service will be activated within a day since purchase. Premium service fees are not refundable.
TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
LARIS may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website and Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Once account is cancelled LARIS will no longer offer access to it’s Services. Fees paid by you to LARIS are non-refundable.
OWNERSHIP
The Website and Service are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Indonesian Unitary and foreign countries. Author of this website owns all right, title and interest in and to the LARIS Website and Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the LARIS Website and Service.
CONTENT
You agree that all content and materials (collectively, “Content”) delivered via the Service or otherwise made available by LARIS at the Website are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws.
INTERNATIONAL USE
LARIS makes no representation that the Content, the Website or the Service are appropriate for access or use outside of Indonesian Unitary, and accessing the Service is prohibited from territories where such Content is illegal. If you access or use the Service from other locations, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You further acknowledge and agree that LARIS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.
LARIS is not affiliated with Line OAM or any third-party partners in any way.
It is your sole responsibility to comply with a Line OAM rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use LARIS at your own risk. LARIS does not incentivize any user to like or follow the client’s account profile in a manner that falls within the meaning of violation of the terms and conditions of the messaging media networks including but not limited to WhatsApp, Line OAM, WeChat and Telegram.
You agrees not to violate any provision of the contract you have had with any third party. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the Terms of Services are not contrary to the contract with third party. The client represents and warrants that LARIS is and shall not be party to such violation.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Indonesian Unitary. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of the Website or Service shall be filed only in the Indonesian Unitary and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. Use of the Service is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of this agreement.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Website and Service are provided “as is”. LARIS and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither LARIS nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website or the Service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website or the Service at your own discretion and risk.
PRIVACY
We do not store Line Official usernames, account passwords, activity or confirmation of purchases on our servers. This is handled by our Service Billing Provider. We do not distribute or sell any information to any third parties.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LARIS, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Website or Service, including but not limited to out of your violation this agreement.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without LARIS’ prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer this Agreement, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. LARIS may assign or transfer this Agreement, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
